We know that being without your heating or hot water can be a distressing experience so we will endeavor to get your boiler up and running again as soon as possible.

All repairs are different, but as a rule, if we are able to fix your boiler on our first visit and without needing any parts we charge £70. If parts are required then we will inform you of the costs involved so that you can make an informed decision before you decide to go ahead. In the unlikely event that we cannot repair your boiler then there is no charge for our labour!

Unfortunately we do NOT work on / test gas fires or back boilers
